Make it practical.

Ask simple questions after class: What was fun? What did you learn? Allow your child to describe the session before offering your own assessment. Share practical concerns with the coach so the training experience can be understood together.

Your session checklist

  • Celebrate attendance and effort.
  • Avoid comparing children after every session.
  • Keep communication with the coach constructive.

A useful next step

Look for growing confidence and willingness to return, alongside the skills your coach is working on.
