3. FOUNDER & PROPRIETOR
K. GIRISH KARUNANIDHI B.E., NSNIS
Founder & Proprietor – Girish Badminton Academy / Girishsri Groups
Mr. Girish Karunanidhi is an NSNIS-qualified Badminton Coach and Certified Nutritionist with experience in badminton coaching, player development, academy management and sports development.
He has also represented the Tamil Nadu Under-11 State Team as a Coach, bringing valuable state-level coaching and competitive experience to the academy.
Under his leadership, Girish Badminton Academy has expanded its coaching presence across Chennai and developed players from beginner level to competitive tournament level.

5. GBA RESPONSIBILITIES
Girish Badminton Academy will take responsibility for the coaching, academy management, marketing and player-development activities at the venue.

6. COURT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Court Owner will retain full responsibility for the overall operations, maintenance and infrastructure of the badminton facility.
This will include:

Lighting and Fixtures
Plumbing and Water Facilities
Court Flooring / Structural Maintenance
Washroom & Common Facility Maintenance
Major Repairs
Equipment or Infrastructure Breakdown
Safety-Related Facility Issues
Major Operational Issues
Other Court Infrastructure-Related Responsibilities
Any major expense, repair, replacement or infrastructure-related issue concerning the facility will remain the responsibility of the Court Owner.
GBA’s responsibility will primarily be limited to coaching, academy management, marketing, admissions and player development.

11. COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
Mutually agreed partnership terms
The partnership model, payment terms and responsibilities will be discussed directly with the court owner and recorded in the final agreement.

We request an initial one-month setup and development period before the regular monthly rental cycle begins.
This initial period will be utilised for:

Academy Management System Setup
This period will allow GBA to establish the coaching activities, create awareness in the surrounding area, generate admissions and build a stable foundation for the academy.
Therefore, we request that the first month be considered as a setup and development period, with the regular monthly rental commitment commencing from the following month.
